Note that this step has an associated cost, ranging from $3,000 to $10,000, depending on the project's complexity.
Step 5. Design & Pre Construction Phase
Together, we establish your project's timeline, budget, and overall scope of work, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. Engage in discussions about aesthetics and make material selections that reflect your style. Review your site plan or schematic drawings to visualize and refine the project's layout and design. If construction plans are required, we can provide referrals to trusted professionals to assist with this aspect.
Step 6. Sign The Contract
Carefully review and sign the contract to formalize the project agreement and collect your deposit. We coordinate our subcontractor schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Initiate ordering materials and selecting quality resources that align with the project's design and budget requirements.
Step 7. Pre Job Walkthrough

Step 8. We Get To Work
Receive daily updates about your project's progress, keeping you fully informed and involved. Access a shared Google Photos album for a visual track of the buildout. Conduct weekly on site meetings with the construction crew and client to ensure continuous alignment and address any queries or adjustments.
Step 9. Post Job Walkthrough
A thorough walkthrough of your new space led by our team, and the architect to ensure every detail meets your expectations. Conduct a punch list walkthrough to identify and note any final touch ups or adjustments needed. Finalize all details to perfection, ensuring your complete satisfaction with the finished project.
Step 10. We Clean Up
We hire professional cleaners to clean your new space from top to bottom. Ensure the site is left in pristine condition, ready for you to enjoy your newly transformed home.
Step 11. Final Payment
Review and finalize all project details and payments. Ensure all financial aspects are clear, transparent, and completed to your satisfaction.
Step 12. Move In
We take a moment to commemorate the start of a new chapter in your beautifully crafted home.
Step 13. Warranty
We take care of your project for the next 2-5 years depending on a standard or luxury build project.
